• Ecommerce Rental: included in monthly fee
  CDMWeb offers e-mail technical support for all ecommerce rental accounts. This supports covers the basic functionality of the program. Programming, Gateway setup, and other technical support is quoted individually.
  
  
• VP-ASP Support w/Security Checks: $40.00/mo.
  CDMWeb offers e-mail technical support for VP-ASP packages. This supports covers the basic functionality of the program, as well as installation of security upgrades as they become available. Programming, Gateway setup, and other technical support is quoted individually.

  Per Incident Support: $100.00/hr.
  Technical support is available on an as needed basis. Estimates are provided per incident.

• Custom Application Support
  Coastal Data Management has both in-house and virtual team members who offer technical support and software set-up assistance. These services are fee-based and may be purchases in packages, either by the hour or in blocks of 5 hours increments. Fees are based on the type of support needed. Please call for pricing on specific project.
