Coastal Data Management specializes in web developer support on projects that may require the expertise of our virtual web team. We offer support to individuals and other web developers for all types of web related issues including design & development, coding, VP-ASP custom work, VP-ASP administration, add-ons, and more. Great care is taken to insure the confidentiality of all third parties. Unless a developer requests otherwise, all correspondence with client is made directly by the developer.

24/7 ticket based support is available for emergency issues only. After hours and weekend support tickets will be answered by a customer service representative who will alert the appropriate staff member to work on resolving your issues. The ticket based system is not setup to handle Issues such as design and development questions. Please contact us via telephone or emai and we will address the issues during our primary hours.

VP-ASP Support Package: $40.00/month
CDMWeb offers e-mail technical support for VP-ASP packages. This supports covers the basic functionality of the program, as well as installation of security upgrades as they become available. Programming, Gateway setup, and other technical support is quoted individually. Click here to sign up.

Custom Application Support
Coastal Data Management has both in-house and virtual team members who offer technical support and software set-up assistance. These services are fee-based and quoted individually based on the type and amount of support needed.
